Kroma Designs is a studio that builds custom web applications and AI and workflow automation for businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is handled. You can reach us at kromaautomations@gmail.com.

The only information we collect through this site is what you choose to enter in the contact form: your name, email address, project type, and message (required), and optionally your company, budget, timeline, current tools, workflow problem, and preferred contact method.

We do not run user accounts, a customer database, advertising pixels, or analytics tools, and we do not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations.

We use form submissions to read your inquiry, reply to you, scope and quote a project, and keep ordinary business records. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not send newsletters from this form.

Contact form submissions are sent as email through SMTP2GO (email delivery) to a Gmail inbox operated by Google, where we read and keep them. The site is hosted on Vercel. The 3D animation on the home page is loaded from Spline's servers, so Spline receives your IP address and browser information when that page loads. Fonts are self-hosted and are not fetched from Google by your browser. Some images are served from Unsplash through our own server.

These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete them. Provider logs are kept according to each provider's own retention practices.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing kromaautomations@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honor valid requests.

Form data is sent over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
